How we work

Step 1 - The Chat

In order for us to get started, we must first understand the scope of the project and it's requirements. This can either be done over the phone, via email, via Video call. or can be set-up face to face meetings for big orders.

Step 2 - The Approval

After we gather your ideas and understand your requirements a visual approval is sent to you so we can both make sure we are on the same page. Once approved our designers will begin to create a fully specified technical package. .

Step 3 -The Sample

Samples are then put into production and sent to you within 1-7 days, for you to see and feel it in hand. This allows you to test and refine your designs and make any changes if nessecary. Once you have approved our samples, we can move onto the next step of production.

Step 4 - The Production

We have facilities inside the factory, which have been technically and ethically audited and according to international standards. We can keep you updated during the production on each step, for make sure we’re on the same place.

Step 5 - The Delivery

Your order delivered right to your door. We take care of all the shipping and logistics as well as covering duties & import taxes here.
